Registration for teams or individuals, complete the following:
- a fully executed "Intent-to-Compete" form;
- all national, state or high school sanctions and approvals that apply to the team or individual;
Any other information you need will be provided at our Coaches' Meeting in Honolulu, Hawaii on September 19, 2003.
No registration fee!
